1. Website Purpose

The website provides information about Sky Wanted’s aviation sourcing and support services, including:

  • Aircraft, engine, landing gear and component sourcing, sales, leasing solutions and maintenance coordination.
  • Technical representation, inspections and technical documentation review.
  • Aviation recruitment and workforce solutions.
  • International freight sourcing and coordination.

The website allows visitors to learn about our services and submit enquiries. It does not operate an online marketplace, job board or automated booking facility.

2. Enquiries and Service Agreements

Website descriptions are provided for general information. They do not constitute binding offers, confirmed availability or commitments to deliver a particular service.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement, recruitment engagement or agency appointment.

The scope, pricing, responsibilities, timelines and other conditions of an assignment must be agreed separately. The contracting parties will be identified in the relevant proposal or agreement.

Where a separate service agreement applies, it takes precedence over these website terms in relation to that assignment.

3. Specialist Network and Regulatory Approvals

Sky Wanted delivers its services using an international network of specialist organisations and experienced aviation professionals.

Depending on the assignment, we may provide sourcing, introductions, representation or coordination, with specialist work performed by the relevant provider. Each party’s responsibilities will be defined in the applicable agreement.

References to approvals, certifications or licences relate to the organisations or individuals performing the relevant work. They do not imply that Sky Wanted itself holds those approvals.

Website content does not constitute an airworthiness determination, maintenance release or operational authorisation.

4. Availability and Outcomes

Assets, personnel, transport capacity and specialist services are subject to availability and assignment-specific requirements.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate contract, we do not guarantee:

  • The availability, price or suitability of a particular asset or service.
  • Completion of a purchase, sale, lease or other transaction.
  • A particular inspection finding or technical outcome.
  • Recruitment, employment or workforce placement outcomes.
  • A particular transport route or delivery timeframe.

Technical, commercial and operational requirements must be confirmed for each assignment.

5. Recruitment and Workforce Services

Recruitment and workforce sourcing are among our services. This website does not provide public job listings or candidate registration.

References to access to a network of aviation professionals do not mean that every individual is registered with, employed by, available through or independently verified by Sky Wanted.

Qualifications, licences, ratings, experience, work eligibility and availability must be assessed for the relevant assignment. Recruitment and workforce engagements are subject to separately agreed terms.

6. Information You Submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share them.

You must not submit unlawful material, information that infringes another party’s rights or personal data that you are not entitled to disclose.

Submitting information does not transfer ownership of that material to Sky Wanted.
